Duh! I need to work-out I know, and now I know I can do it as home also, COVID-19 proved that normal people can live without the gym. Why am I reading this article?

oh yes! you can work out but is that all? that forty minutes of pumping up a happening song, pushing your self to stretch and bend and lift and crunch and plank. Is it working out well for you? Is it what you are enjoying? Is that the reason you wake up in the morning?

Getting involved in a sport or workout that you enjoy can do that for you, Yes, it can keep you healthy. For sure cause a lot of adrenaline rush and make you feel cool about yourself.

  1. Try it all
    Make a list, of all the sports or activities you think you can, and can not do.
    Make a plan to try it all! rent a cycle, go run! find a pool that will let you swim for a week, jump, hop, roll do everything — before you chose the one you enjoy the most! You enjoy non of them, try more, you like multiple of them, try them again!! End of the month you will find your love!
  2. Gear up Girl!!
    Get dresses well, get the right shoes, the right headgear, the right tool for your sport! This will make sure you have lesser issues on the ground, and you will feel good about the sports you are playing. it will motivate you right at home when you are getting ready.
  3. Keep your Scorecards.
    Mark how much do you did every day, in kilometres, in calories, in time, in everything sure! somedays the number will be 0, and its cool end of the month when you see it all together, we will know exactly where you are! This will help you push yourself more, if you don't know where you are, how will you ever know how much more to do?
  4. Record, Every Day!
    Smile, Click! Click that sweety face, click that exhausted legs! just take a picture every day! fill your gallery up! and do it for yourself, not for your Instagram page, and soon you will feel more powered to play your sport one more day, just to get a click!
  5. Find your buddy
    Yes, Yes, I know Social Distancing! I can’t escape that even myself, but find a virtual buddy, track your sports on the same app, tell each other what works, what doesn't just keep connected every day about the sport if not about life. You will feel more committed to doing something when you are answerable to someone.
  6. Permutations & Combinations
    Like I said before, Try everything!
    Even within your sports try different methods, read about different ways of doing it, now Do IT!! just keep trying, it will give you a push to do things differently & it will keep you happier.

End of today, all we want is to be happy and healthy, and if a sport can help you, just hit the snooze button off and push till you get running!
